As Lead Researcher, Zachary is responsible for conducting and analyzing open-source and academic research on military affairs, international relations, and drone warfare. He is also responsible for managing Looking Glass’s social media presence.

Zachary also holds affiliations with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), the Schar School of Policy and Government, National Institute for Deterrence Studies, and the Unconventional Weapons and Technology Division of START. Zachary is also on the board of advisors of the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies at the University of Akron, is an officially proclaimed U.S. Army “Mad Scientist.” and appeared in Netflix’s “UNKNOWN: Killer Robots.”
