As the IT Director at Looking Glass, Steve designs and implements IT strategies and infrastructure, identifies and eliminates security risks, analyzes business requirements for IT needs and systems, and evaluates IT operations with regard to established goals.

Steve spent the last 20 years protecting his communities; 10 years in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and engineering officer and 10 years as a police officer for the City of Tuscaloosa, AL. Whether repairing orphanages in Iraq or reconstructing accidents in Alabama, Steve believes the details really matter. Presenting those details effectively is crucial in a world crowded with data. Steve is most proud of his four years on the human trafficking taskforce, helping rescue kids from horrible environments and reconnecting them with loved ones. In 2014 Steve earned the police chief’s award for being an outstanding police officer.
