Kim performs duties as the Looking Glass Human Resources Director as well as our finance controller. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, payroll, and office administration to Looking Glass.

Prior to joining Looking Glass, Kim ran finance and HR operations for non-profit and for-profit entities.
