Josh Bryan is a retired U.S. Army Aviation officer currently serving as the Looking Glass Director for Operations and Business Development. During his Army career, Josh was an OH-58D helicopter troop commander and instructor pilot, associate professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and battalion operations officer.

Josh worked at Army Futures Command in the Mission Command and Networks Division writing Army Aviation doctrine, concepts, and requirements under the Multi-Domain Operations and Common Operating Environment constructs. There, he personally authored 10 operational needs to improve situational awareness and communications during complex air-ground operations.
